Orders

Placing an order
Lorenne’s Online Boutique is designed to offer a direct and carefully managed purchasing experience. After selecting your items and completing checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.

Order acceptance and contract
Your order becomes binding once we send the shipping confirmation email, which confirms dispatch. Until dispatch, we may need to decline or cancel an order in limited circumstances (for example, failed payment authorisation, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions).

Made-to-order production
Lorenne pieces are made to order. Production typically begins shortly after purchase confirmation. Estimated preparation time is 1–2 weeks before dispatch (subject to peak periods).

Separate orders
Orders placed separately are processed and shipped separately.

No cancellations
Because all items are made specifically for you, we do not accept cancellations once an order is placed. Please review measurements and item details carefully before confirming purchase.

Returns
As stated in our Shipping & Returns and Terms & Conditions, Lorenne does not accept returns or exchanges for made-to-order items, except where an item is defective or incorrect.

Payment Methods

Payments are processed via Squarespace Payments. Depending on your country, browser, and device, the Website may offer one or more of the following methods at checkout:

Payment security
We use industry-standard security protocols. Payment authorisation is subject to verification by your card issuer or payment provider. We cannot intervene if an authorisation is declined. Your bank may apply its own fees or exchange costs; these are outside Lorenne’s control.

Refunds (where applicable)
